Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

Techpol Limited is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all areas of our business and supply chain. This statement is made in support of the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and relates to the financial year ending 31 March 2026.

Although our annual turnover is below the £36 million threshold and we are therefore not legally required to publish a Modern Slavery Statement, we recognise the importance of responsible business practices and are committed to helping eliminate modern slavery and human trafficking wherever possible.

Our Commitment

We acknowledge that modern slavery and human trafficking remain serious issues globally and that organisations of all sizes have a role to play in combating these practices. We are committed to:

• Acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings.

• Taking reasonable steps to identify and minimise the risk of modern slavery within our business and supply chains.

• Supporting our customers and business partners in meeting their obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Our Supply Chain

Our supply chain consists primarily of established paint and coatings manufacturers. We purchase directly from manufacturers, with the majority of our suppliers based in the UK and Europe, although many are part of larger international organisations.

We recognise that certain sectors and geographical regions can present a higher risk of modern slavery and human trafficking. Based on our assessment, we do not consider our supply chain to fall within the higher-risk categories typically associated with these offences.

Where reasonably practicable, we seek assurance that our suppliers operate ethically and comply with applicable legislation relating to modern slavery and human trafficking. We also encourage suppliers to maintain and publish their own Modern Slavery Statements where appropriate.

Due Diligence and Risk Assessment

We have reviewed our own operations and, to the extent reasonably practicable, those of our direct suppliers. As a result of these reviews:

• We are not aware of any instances of modern slavery or human trafficking within our business.

• We have made reasonable enquiries of our direct suppliers and have no reason to believe that modern slavery or human trafficking offences are taking place within their operations.

• We have found no evidence of modern slavery or human trafficking within our supply chain.

All employees are encouraged to raise any concerns regarding suspected modern slavery, human trafficking, or unethical conduct within our business or supply chain. Any concerns reported will be treated seriously and investigated appropriately.

This statement has been approved by the management of Techpol Limited and reflects our ongoing commitment to maintaining ethical standards throughout our business and supply chain.
